We use professional-grade thermal imaging cameras from both Thermal-Master and FLIR, including higher-resolution models than most Perth inspectors carry. Higher resolution means we can detect smaller temperature differences — which is what reveals subtle water ingress, slow leaks, and early-stage pest activity that lower-resolution cameras miss entirely.
