We operate across all locations, in the event of state border restrictions, we will endeavor to acquire G2G passes in order to meet the demands of our valued customers.

Our inspections are conducted whilst practicing COVID-19 social distancing restrictions. We ask for the cooperation of all, customers, landlords, tenants, and real estate agents safe. 

Our inspectors also follow correct hand sanitisation practices before and after each inspection and will be wearing a face mask.

To best optimize social distancing, we suggest the best approach is to use the time we are inspecting the property, as an opportunity to be outdoors and exercising, thus having no contact at all, or limit distancing to the 2 square meter rule, we are not guests in the home, but essential personal relating to the construction sector. 

Despite the current situation, we are maintaining our commitment to get your report to you within the day of the inspection being completed.
